Translators and interpreters who want to work for us as freelancers need to send their CVs in Polish to the following address: praca@parola.com.pl.

In addition, please send us your data by completing the Personal Information form so we can add them to our translator/interpreter database. Please also sign and send us a scan (before sending the original by post) of the GDPR Consent concerning data protection and privacy. Furthermore, please find the Information on GDPR  attached, which describes how PAROLA Translation Office operates after the introduction of General Data Protection Regulation.

We have been working with translators and interpreters contracted for specific tasks. However, we do prefer cooperating with persons who are self-employed and issue invoices.

We do not work with persons operating on the basis of unregistered activities (which is possible in Poland from 1st May 2018).

For regular (non-certified) translations, we prefer to work with translators who use CAT tools in their work, compatible with SDL Trados Studio 2017 used by our office.

Invoices

Please be advised that from 20th May 2019 invoices issued electronically and sent by e-mail to PAROLA Translation Office should be directed to the following address: efaktury@parola.com.pl.

This is the only e-mail address to be used for this purpose.

Invoices sent to other e-mail addresses used by my office may not be noticed, and as a consequence, may not be settled.

Jacek Gurgul , owner of PAROLA Translation Office
