Consecutive
In consecutive interpretation, the text produced by the speaker and the translation is performed in concurrent turns.
It is mainly used during trade conferences, trainings, presentations, visits.
Simultaneous
This kind of interpretation is done in a booth at the same time as the speaker is speaking. An interpreters’ team is working in pairs in special booths and the participants of the conference are listening to the translation through earphones.
Sworn interpretation
Used during the signing of contracts, notarized deeds, court trials, etc. The translation is done by a sworn interpreter.
Every commenced hour of interpretation is counted as whole, e.g. 20 min. = 1 hour. Costs of interpreting assignments are calculated on the basis of the estimated time of interpreting specified by the client in the order, based on the applicable price list.
Consecutive and sworn interpretations – minimum billing for 2 hours (even if the interpretation lasts 45 minutes or an hour). Simultaneous interpreting is billed for minimum 4 hours, but most often – for the full 8 hours.
Teleconference service
If you need to have a remote conversation with a business partner, client or another language speaker, and in emergency situations, such as when travelling (at the airport, hotel, etc.), we provide the teleconference service. This will allow you to remotely communicate with foreigners with the assistance of an interpreter.
You can call us in any situation in which you are unable to communicate with someone: at the airport, in a foreign institution or with a foreign language client – in other words, whenever you have linguistic problems during the conversation. You will be connected with an interpreter who will help you to overcome the difficulties! Within 15-20 minutes, we will find an interpreter who will help you to communicate with the foreign language client, who may be standing next to you or thousands of miles away!
